This is a position as needed where you work during regular staff absences. Your Background: Our client requires relevant qualifications to work in this position. You have a college degree in the field of work life, organization and personnel management, behavioral science, occupational therapist, career guidance, social work, or another degree deemed relevant. You have at least 2 years of work experience, and preferably have experience in transition work/career guidance for job seekers, but you may also have worked in recruitment/management/personnel matters or similar. Alternatively, you have at least 1 year of post-secondary education, and you then need at least 3 years of work experience in the above-mentioned tasks. You have the ability to communicate clearly in Swedish orally and in writing, and have good English skills. If you also speak other languages, that's a bonus. We'd like to see that you have a broad network, or the desire to build a broad network of business contacts and partners. We believe you have the ability to think solution-oriented and find new ways.
