WORK TASKS The Labour Market and Integration Unit works with support for people on their way to self-sufficiency, settlement and guidance for newly arrived residents, support for young people aged 16-24, and plans and follows up the municipality's holiday jobs. The unit consists of labour market advisors, community guides and youth case handlers. The work takes place both independently and in close cooperation with colleagues. As a labour market advisor, you support and guide people outside the labour market. You map participants' needs and resources and draw up individual plans to increase the possibility of self-sufficiency. The work includes: · Individual conversations, coaching and motivating interventions · Matching to internships, work training and other labour market initiatives · Cooperation with employers, education providers, Social Services, the Public Employment Service and other actors · Follow-up of development and results · Practical support in our operations: Reuse Shop, Leisure Bank and Service Group We are facing a major development effort where new laws, guidelines and changed needs among participants mean we need to further develop working methods, documentation and processes. You will have a central role in this work. Limited-term employment for 6 months with possible extension or permanent. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: · University/higher education in behavioural science, work rehabilitation, social work or other relevant education · Experience of working with people in exclusion · Good knowledge of labour market issues · Experience with digital documentation systems and structured work · Good ability to build relationships, motivate and work solution-focused · Good skills in Swedish, spoken and written It is meriting if you have experience in building networks within the business community, education in labour market coaching (e.g. Supported Employment or TUFF leadership), and knowledge of teaching Swedish. We would like to see that you have an interest in climate-smart working methods as we want to develop this area. B driving licence is a requirement. Employment type: Limited-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: Start date by agreement.
