We consolidate the municipality's work with adult education, labor market support, KAA, and guidance – with the goal of strengthening residents' opportunities to study, work, and achieve financial independence. The position is placed within the social services administration but the assignment is carried out and managed from ViVA. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS To meet an increased need for initiatives for people far from the labor market, the social services in collaboration with ViVA have developed the working model NOVA. We are now seeking a third labor market coach to strengthen the team. As a labor market coach within NOVA, you get a broad and independent assignment. You work with adults who need support to move closer to the labor market or studies—from planning to implementation. The work is varied and requires both structure and determination. You lead conversations, plan initiatives, match participants with employers, and follow up on results. You contribute to creating conditions for people to take responsibility, build routines, and find motivation. Your main work tasks · Conduct assessments, coaching conversations, and individual planning · Strengthen participants' sense of responsibility, structure, and motivation · Match participants with internships or workplaces and follow up on initiatives · Lead group activities such as job search support, work preparation meetings, or activity-based sessions · Collaborate with employers, the Public Employment Service, and other local stakeholders · Document initiatives and contribute to the development of NOVA's labor market work QUALIFICATIONS You thrive on taking responsibility, driving processes, and seeing concrete results. You have the ability to build trust, but also to set demands and maintain direction. You combine structure with engagement and have a clear commitment to contributing to change. Qualifications You have: · Relevant education and/or documented experience with labor market initiatives, coaching, or similar work · Experience working with people who are outside the labor market or studies · Ability to plan, structure, and manage your work independently · A clear and respectful coaching approach · Ability to motivate, challenge, and support people in change · Good administrative skills and experience with documentation Merits: · Experience collaborating with employers and authorities · Education or experience in MI, coaching conversations, or similar methods · Experience with group activities or activity-based work · Experience working with mental health, NPF, or social issues We are building a team that works together within NOVA where your skills and personality become an important part of the whole. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: By agreement, expires: 2028-12-31. Working hours: Daytime.
