About the Position Bravida is now seeking a service-oriented and solution-focused Work Supervisor Support for their project at EcoDataCenter in Borlänge/Falun. This is a key role where you function as support to project and work management and play an important role in daily operations. The role is broad and varied, with a focus on coordination, administration, and operational support, where good technical understanding of electrical work is important in your daily tasks. You will be the hub with many contact points – both on site and in administrative settings. The role involves close collaboration with project and production teams, where you contribute to creating structure and progress. Work Location: Borlänge/Falun Project: Work in Bravida's project at EcoDataCenter Working Hours: Office hours Employment Type: Direct recruitment to client Start Date: By agreement Your Responsibilities Support work supervisors and site managers in daily tasks and coordinate between different parties Participate in site meetings and represent Bravida Work closely with project and production, using your electrical expertise in coordination and follow-up Follow up on actions, take notes, and ensure progress Order materials and manage drawings and documentation Fill gaps where needed and contribute to problem-solving, both administratively and on site About You We're looking for a real "doer"! You take initiative, solve problems, and are comfortable with responsibility. You are organized but also flexible and can adapt to changes. You are communicative and confident in taking space. At the same time, you are service-oriented and enjoy collaborating with others. You're also not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed, whether it's practical or administrative tasks. Formal Requirements Electrical background through education or work experience, with good understanding of electrical components and installations Fluent English skills, both spoken and written, as the role involves daily contact with English-speaking contacts Experience in a coordinating or administrative role, preferably in a technical environment B-class driver's license Desirable Qualifications Experience from a role as service manager, project manager, or contract engineer Experience from the electrical, construction, or installation industry About Bravida Bravida ensures that what must work, works.
