About the Position As a Work Supervisor/Production Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of employees, and together you'll work with a client who manages properties on Södermalm and south of central Stockholm. Together, you'll be responsible for maintaining the outdoor environment—everything from courtyards, gardens, and walkways to entryways and green spaces. This is work that requires both practical maintenance and strategic planning. You'll get a combination of operational and administrative responsibility, where you're present with your team in the field and create structure in the office. You're responsible for project planning and follow-up, budget and results, creating efficient work processes, and maintaining close dialogue with clients and subcontractors.
