In short, this position means you contribute to making it possible for our customers to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position includes: Permanent employment, full-time. A probationary period applies. Start date: September 1, 2026, or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Previous experience in leadership roles is a merit. Here's more about the position: You are part of the store's management team and, together with the store manager, have overall responsibility for the store. Of course, you also participate in daily store operations. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures. You also contribute to developing and following up on the store's business plan. You lead team members in the store team and help your colleagues develop and perform to their full potential. You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile. You have overall responsibility for the store when the store manager is not present.
