We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Göteborg Björkekärr! In short, this role means you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices.
Position details: Permanent full-time employment. Probation period applies.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks. Previous experience in leadership roles is a merit.

You are part of the store's management team and share overall responsibility for the store with the store manager. Of course, you also participate in day-to-day store operations.
You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You also contribute to developing and following up on the store's business plan.
You manage employees in the store team and help your colleagues develop and perform to their full potential.
You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile.
You have overall responsibility for the store when the store manager is not present.
