About the position As a site supervisor at Peab, you get an important and central role in our projects. You assist the project manager and plan, lead and distribute work to our craftspeople. You follow up to ensure that work is performed efficiently and with high quality according to set targets. You coordinate subcontractors and ensure that work flows according to plan. Of course, you contribute to a good working environment and a positive collaboration climate. Qualifications We are looking for someone with construction technical education and/or relevant work experience that we consider equivalent. You have at least three years of experience in the role of site supervisor within construction production. As a person, you thrive in a role where you can combine leadership with operational presence. You easily build good relationships, work in a solution-oriented manner and you are confident in prioritizing and making decisions even when conditions change.
