Work Supervisor – Outdoor Environment (Stockholm) Pema Partner AB is seeking an experienced work supervisor in outdoor environment for immediate start. You will be responsible for the daily management of our outdoor environment contracts, including park and grounds maintenance, green spaces, hardscaped areas, and winter road maintenance. Requirements: · At least 3 years of experience as a work supervisor or equivalent in outdoor environment · Experience with maintenance contracts in park, residential, or property environments · Landscape engineer or equivalent competence through relevant professional experience · Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written · Experience in personnel management and planning · Knowledge of green space maintenance, hardscaped surfaces, and winter road maintenance · Ability to demonstrate experience through CV and relevant references Desirable: · TCYK Professional Certificate 1 or equivalent · Experience with public contracts · APV training · Experience with digital work orders and reporting
