Your assignment as shift supervisor
As a shift supervisor, you will work with varying exciting tasks within our tunnel washing operations. In this role, you will plan, execute, and follow up on work we perform in tunnels, primarily in Stockholm and the Mälardalen region, as well as on bridges throughout the country.
In this position, you will lead and delegate work tasks within the project and have special focus on our administrative systems and responsibility for, for example, invoicing, ordering, and other follow-ups. The role also involves some support and field follow-ups together with your colleagues during nighttime. You will be an important supervisory function for our skilled workers and as a coordinating contact for our subcontractors and our customer. Additionally, you will support the site manager in daily operations. Truly a fantastic role for someone who can transform theory into practice and vice versa.
The position is full-time and you will be based at Svevia's establishment in Tumba and report directly to the site manager. The position involves daytime work as well as night work, and on-call duties will be included during the winter season. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting.
Who are you?
We would like to see that you have
• At least a couple of years of work experience from operations and maintenance work in urban environments
• Documented experience working as a shift supervisor
• Post-secondary education from, for example, university or relevant vocational training
• Meritorious if you have a vehicle technical or mechanical background from previous practical experience or education
• Meritorious if you have experience performing work with traffic nearby

Furthermore, you are reliable and trustworthy, you have a business-like approach with focus on profitability, and you have the ability to build good collaborations with customers and colleagues. You can independently solve problems, take initiative, and making decisions comes naturally to you, and you value clear communication at all levels. We are looking for someone with good computer skills and an interest in digital work methods and processes. A Class C driver's license is required for this position as much revolves around truck equipment.
