YLAB continues to grow in the residential segment and is now seeking a Work Supervisor who wants to drive residential projects in:
Södermanland
Östergötland
Närke
Going forward, projects in other parts of Sweden may also occur, giving you the opportunity to develop in a broad and varied project portfolio.
Your new assignment
As a work supervisor, you will have an important role close to production. You support the site manager, lead the daily work on site, and ensure that the project moves forward with the right quality, pace, and structure.
Work tasks
Lead and support skilled workers and subcontractors in daily work
Plan and follow up work tasks, deliveries, and materials
Ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and work environment standards
Participate in construction meetings and coordination with the site manager and project management
Work with documentation, self-inspections, and ongoing follow-up
Contribute to good communication among the project's various parties
You will receive a clear introduction at YLAB's head office in Jönköping and Hultseryd before stepping into the projects.

We would like to see that you have:
Experience from residential production or similar construction projects
Previous role as work supervisor, assistant site manager, or similar
Higher education in construction or equivalent experience
Good computer skills and ability to work in digital systems
Good communication skills in Swedish and English
B driving license
