About the PositionVerdis is responsible for waste collection in parts of Malmö, with VA Syd as our client and partner. This fall, our assignment is expanding as we also take over parts of FNI collection. Therefore, we are looking for a work leader who has overall responsibility for planning and organizing the operational activities of the department. Being a work leader with us means you lead and distribute the daily work for our environmental workers/drivers and vehicles operating in the field. You monitor and ensure that work is performed according to applicable procedures, safety regulations, and our clients' requirements. You play a key role in communication and collaboration, both with employees and with our clients. You report to the local production manager. About the Role Your main areas of responsibility as a work leader are: Leading and planning work for staff Administration in Verdis and the clients' operating systems Communication with clients and customers Management and follow-up of workplace environment matters Ensuring the vehicle fleet is handled correctly Coordination with workshops regarding service and repairs of vehicles To succeed and thrive in this position, we believe that you: Are an enthusiastic leader who can motivate and inspire others Independently drive issues and take great responsibility for your tasks Have excellent computer and system skills and possess strong administrative abilities Communicate clearly and effectively Are skilled at building relationships and have a service-oriented approach Have high work capacity and excellent problem-solving skills We also highly value your personal qualities in connection with this recruitment process.
