You participate in hands-on work while planning, leading, and monitoring production. Examples of your responsibilities: · Lead and allocate daily work on the job site · Participate in production and support the team in earthwork operations · Ensure work follows drawings, schedules, and quality requirements · Monitor progress, resources, and materials · Handle basic documentation such as daily logs and self-inspections Grävtech operates in Norrbotten, and for this position you will be based in Malmfälten. The role involves on-site work Monday through Thursday. About You: You have experience from the construction or earthwork and construction industry, either in a similar role or as a skilled worker ready to take the next step. You have a good understanding of how production works and feel confident taking responsibility in daily operations. It's a plus if you have experience in site supervision, but it's not required. Previous experience with documentation, planning, or coordination is also a valuable addition. We believe your personal qualities are crucial for how well you'll thrive in this role. You are someone who takes responsibility, is solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with others. You have a natural ability to create structure in your daily work and aren't afraid to take initiative when needed.
