Bravida is now recruiting three work leaders for our project with EcoDataCenter in Borlänge. Depending on your background and experience, the role may be focused on, for example, control installations, heavy-duty cabling, or other parts of electrical installation. About the Role As a Work Leader, you have a key role in daily production. You drive the work forward in close dialogue with leading assemblers and report to the installation coordinator or senior project manager. The role can be compared to a project management function, but without financial responsibility. You are responsible for planning and implementation within your area and ensure that production takes place according to schedule, quality, and work environment requirements. We would like you to have previous experience as a leading assembler and now want to take the next step in your career. Work Tasks As a Work Leader, you will, among other things: Lead and coordinate daily work within your assigned electrical area Maintain ongoing dialogue with leading assemblers Plan and staff work assignments Follow up on hours worked and staffing Take responsibility for progress within your area Participate in and conduct production meetings Work closely with the installation coordinator and project management Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Experience in work leadership or equivalent role within electrical installation Technical understanding of electrical work, such as control, power, or heavy-duty cabling Ability to plan, structure, and follow up on work Good communication skills Class B driver's license Previous experience from larger and complex projects is an advantage.
