In total, we operate about 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand stores in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus as possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen.

Erikshjälpen is now seeking a logistics-minded store manager for our Örebro location.
Description
As a store manager, you work operationally and lead daily operations in the store together with your colleagues so that established surplus targets, social goals, and environmental goals are achieved. No two days are the same; as a store manager, we see that you are both flexible and enjoy varied work. Many of your workdays you will meet new people starting with us.
Job Responsibilities
Examples of job responsibilities:
Together with store management and store staff, participate in and lead daily operations of Erikshjälpen's activities in Örebro.
Together with store management, contribute to the development of operations and participate in its management team.
Together with store management, work strategically to ensure the flow of donations.
Manage the store's pickups and deliveries of donations/goods using Erikshjälpen's truck and logistics planning.
Structure donation reception and manage its warehouse operations.
Function as a work supervisor for employees, volunteers, and individuals participating in work trials, activities, or other employment programs through government agencies. This includes introduction, follow-up, and daily guidance.
Shared responsibility for the store during opening hours; will also have store responsibility certain weekends.
Qualifications
You have:
relevant work experience in supervisory roles
knowledge and experience in warehouse and logistics
experience in store work, preferably in retail
good interpersonal skills and experience with customer interactions
easy to follow routines and procedures
B driver's license
Meritorious if you have:
experience with and/or waste management
experience with and/or transport booking
experience with and/or knowledge of valuing second-hand goods
experience meeting people in different life situations and contexts and with various functional variations
forklift certification
knowledge of workplace safety
You:
are organized and have a habit of planning
are self-driven, responsible, and enjoy working goal-oriented
are a relationship builder accustomed to meeting people in different life situations and contexts
are open, friendly, and have a representative manner with high service awareness
