Erikshjälpen is a children's rights organization with a non-profit second-hand operations. Together, we share a common vision: a changed world where children's dreams come to life. We work to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights in 16 countries. In Sweden, children's rights work takes place primarily through Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad, in close collaboration with our second-hand stores. In total, we operate approximately 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand stores in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus as possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen. 1 position(s). Erikshjälpen is now seeking a Store Manager for our Helsingborg location. This is a permanent position starting fall 2026. Description As a store manager, you work operationally and lead the daily operations of the store so that established surplus targets, social goals, and environmental goals are achieved. No two days are the same—as a store manager, we see that you are both flexible and enjoy varied work. Duties Examples of work duties: As part of the management team and together with the store's employees, participate in and lead daily operations. You serve as a manager for employees, volunteers, and individuals participating in work trials, activities, or other employment arrangements through government agencies. Together with the management team, you are responsible for sales and product displays. Together with the management team, you are responsible for the store during opening hours. You will also have store responsibility on certain weekends. You report to the operations manager. Qualifications You are: a relationship builder who is experienced in meeting people in different life situations and contexts. self-directed, responsible, and enjoy working with clear goals and structure. open, pleasant, and have a professional manner with high service awareness. good at switching focus between details and the strategic overview. Meritorious if you have: Experience in and/or knowledge of and interest in marketing through social media. Experience in and/or knowledge of assessing second-hand goods.
