At Lysio Research, we conduct surveys and investigations that drive social development. Our clients include most municipalities in the country, as well as several regions and government agencies. The surveys we carry out are varied, often complex, and above all important. About the Position
We are now seeking a team leader for our new telephone interview office in Västerås, starting in October. As a team leader, you will plan the daily operations and support the telephone interviewers in their work.
You will be an important part of building the operations and will be involved from the start as our new office takes shape.
Key Responsibilities
As a team leader, you will:
Plan and monitor daily operations at the office.
Support and guide telephone interviewers in their daily work.
Conduct call monitoring and provide feedback to develop the quality of interviews.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are executed according to plan.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is thorough, responsible, and works in a structured manner.
Enjoys supporting others and providing clear and constructive feedback.
Has good IT skills and learns new systems quickly.
Previous experience with telephone interviews or similar work is a merit, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
