About the position As an Operations Manager in Raw Material Supply, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and following up on daily operations within your geographic area. You have a central role in ensuring efficient and safe production and that our customers receive the right materials at the right time. The role involves close collaboration with site managers, production staff, contractors, customers, and suppliers. You actively work to develop the business through improved resource planning, productivity, and quality. Your main responsibilities include: Lead, plan, and follow up on daily operations. Ensure efficient use of machinery, personnel, and other resources. Take responsibility for purchases and orders related to ongoing operations. Prepare quotes and manage customer contacts within your area of responsibility. Handle supplier invoices and administrative follow-up. Work with reporting and monitoring of operational results. Handle complaints and deviations. Initiate and drive improvement measures to prevent delivery disruptions and quality deficiencies. Promote a safe work environment and take responsibility for environmental and quality matters. Contribute to good cooperation and a positive work culture. Who are you? We are looking for someone with natural leadership who enjoys creating structure and engagement in daily work. You are solution-oriented, business-minded, and have the ability to make decisions when the situation requires it. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent experience. Hold a Class B driving license. Have experience in operations management within production, construction, mining, gravel, transport, or related fields. Have a good understanding of machinery, resources, and production flows. Are experienced in planning, follow-up, and administration. Have good computer skills and experience with various business systems. Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is an advantage if you have experience from quarry operations, raw material supply, construction, or the construction industry.
