We are now seeking an additional work leader for our operations and maintenance activities in Söderköping. Your assignment as a work leader As a work leader, you will work with varying projects with a focus on our operations and maintenance work. You will have a central and customer-focused role where your primary responsibility is to oversee the entire process, from careful planning and resource allocation to implementation and follow-up of the work we perform. The role of work leader does not involve direct personnel responsibility; however, you serve an important function for our skilled workers and also act as a coordinating contact for our subcontractors. Furthermore, you support the site manager in daily operations such as customer contact, production management, financial monitoring, and invoicing. You will be based at our office in Ringarum and report to the site manager. The position includes both winter and summer readiness. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting. Who are you? To succeed in the role, we see it as a requirement that you have: B Driver's License Experience from a supervisory position and are accustomed to leading and distributing work A strong interest in the industry/road work Good computer skills Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written We see it as meritorious if you have: Experience in operations and maintenance/winter road maintenance Relevant post-secondary education from, for example, university or relevant vocational education Your personality is important to us!
