Site Supervisor for Svappavaara
Snells Entreprenad AB is seeking a site supervisor for our contract with LKAB mining area in Svappavaara, Kiruna kommun.

About the Agreement
We have signed a contract with LKAB for ore transport, storage handling, additives and road maintenance in Svappavaara. The contract is for four years plus option and commenced on January 1, 2025. The assignment includes, among other things, loading material into pockets, loading train cars, transporting material by truck within the area, service work with wheel loaders and road maintenance in the form of snow clearing, sanding, watering and more.
Job Responsibilities
As a site supervisor in the contract, you will lead and allocate daily work on your shift; you will work closely with the customer for daily management. You will have responsibility for occupational health and safety and personnel management of our machine operators.
Examples of job responsibilities:
Lead and allocate the workforce in relation to the machine fleet.
Work with improvements in, for example, production, environment, and technology.
Participate in meetings.
Administer/manage daily runs, production documentation and reporting.
Work with systematic occupational health and safety efforts.
Instruct both existing and new drivers in practical work to increase their competence.
Conduct introductions for new employees and participate in the development and improvement of introduction programs.
Conduct employee meetings with the drivers you supervise.
Monitor the machine fleet and maintain contact with our internal workshop department.

Qualifications
Good knowledge of construction machinery is important.
Master Swedish in speech and writing.
Strong leadership qualities and good communication skills.
Good computer skills.
Working Hours and Salary
Working hours: shift work—morning, afternoon, off week.
Salary: According to collective agreement with Unionen, Ledarna and Sveriges ingenjörer. Individual salary setting applies.
Employment Terms: Permanent employment with a six-month probationary period.
