About the Role
As a foreman with us, your focus will be on operationally leading and organizing dismantlers in our decommissioning project. You are responsible for ensuring work is completed efficiently, in compliance with safety regulations, and to the highest quality standards. You will be part of a team working on varied and challenging decommissioning tasks where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and resource management
Safety and quality
Documentation and reporting
Active participation in hands-on work
Continuous improvement of work methods
Your Profile
We're looking for a confident, clear, solution-oriented, and humble leader, preferably with a background in construction or industry. You are organized, flexible, and have a strong ability to engage people and build a strong team. You communicate clearly, take responsibility, and identify opportunities for improvement. Great importance is placed on your personal qualities and your desire to help shape the future of Nuvia.
We're looking for someone who has:
Several years of experience in foreman roles, preferably in construction, industry, or similar.
Experience leading larger work groups.
Good Swedish and English proficiency in speaking and writing.
B-level driver's license.
It is advantageous if you have:
Experience in decommissioning or dismantling.
Experience from nuclear technology or other safety-critical operations.
Technical education.
The Position
Employment type: Fixed-term employment (6 months) with possible permanent employment thereafter
Location: Varberg (Ringhals)
Working hours: 07:30-15:00
