Professionals Nord is seeking, in collaboration with Rosenqvist Entreprenad, a site supervisor for the central/north region as part of their expansion journey in Norrland. This is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by Rosenqvist Entreprenad.
The position placement is flexible, but preferably in Västernorrland/Southern Västerbotten as upcoming projects will largely take place in Västernorrland's inland.

Job Responsibilities
As a site supervisor, you are responsible for leading production within earthworks/sewers, track, low voltage/overhead lines, signals, and telecommunications from project start to finish. This includes responsibility for personnel, quality, and work environment. Examples of job tasks:
Planning and monitoring production and schedules
Leading and distributing work in the field
Resource planning
Working with quality, work environment, and safety
Contributing to efficient and well-functioning project execution
We Are Looking For You Who
Have relevant background from a similar role within earthworks, infrastructure, contracting, and/or construction. We also view positively someone who is curious to grow into the role! You thrive with practical work and appreciate a hands-on role, while also having experience with some documentation and administrative follow-up.
What matters most to us is your attitude and personality! We are looking for someone who leads with drive, warmth, and strong communication. We see that you are flexible, decisive, and solution-oriented—someone who easily builds trust and an engaged team.
You are fluent in Swedish in speech and writing and hold a Category B driver's license. Traveling for work is a given for you and you ideally have experience working 7 days on, 7 days off, as many of the projects require this.
