Production Supervisor

Production is responsible for creating and delivering solutions that contribute to successful trade shows, meetings and events. The department works with, among other things, booth and stage construction, painting, carpet laying, electrical and internet installations, furnishing and other event setups in the facility. Now we are looking for a Supervisor who wants to be part of developing the business together with an engaged team in a dynamic and eventful environment. About the role As a Supervisor, you are responsible for planning, leading and allocating resources in daily operations. You ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely and with high quality based on order specifications, customer dialogue and scheduling. In addition to operational management, you work with developing processes and routines, updating documentation and identifying new business opportunities. You quality assure that orders are completed according to specifications and monitor safety and work environment matters. The role involves operational responsibility but does not include personnel, budget or work environment responsibility. You will be part of a team consisting of 6 supervisors and 5 planners within Production. Who are you? We are looking for someone with at least upper secondary education and experience in supervision. You are an engaged and confident leader who motivates others and delivers strong results through clear, service-oriented and business-like work practices. You have good ability to plan, prioritize and make well-founded decisions even at a fast pace. With a holistic perspective, you drive an efficient approach focused on productivity, quality, delivery accuracy and customer service. You communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, have good administrative skills and are experienced working in various systems. A forklift license and a Class B driver's license are required for the position. If you also have knowledge of our products, we see that as a merit. As a person, you are service-oriented, solution-focused and development-oriented. We see that you appreciate working both practically and administratively, and you are comfortable with flexible hours as our operations run around the clock during certain periods. Why choose us?
