We are looking for a production supervisor for our sheet metal production! About the Company Motala Hissar was founded in 1972 with the manufacture of cargo lifts. Since the 1980s, the company has primarily focused on platform lifts, which are predominantly used for accessibility modifications of buildings. Over 10,000 lifts have been delivered to customers worldwide. Approximately 70% of production is exported and sold through partners; in Sweden, they work with direct sales of their products. They manufacture most of the components for their products in their factory in Motala, with certain components sourced from suppliers, primarily control systems and control boards. About the Position As a production supervisor in sheet metal operations, you are responsible for the daily operations of production. You lead and allocate work in the team, ensure quality and efficiency, and actively work toward good cooperation and positive team spirit. The role involves close collaboration with both employees and other functions in the business. You report to our Production Manager. We are Looking for Someone Who: Has previous experience in supervisory roles, primarily focused on production. Has a good understanding of sheet metal processing and manufacturing processes and feels comfortable in a production-oriented role. Works in a structured manner and has the ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on production work to ensure efficiency and quality. Is driven and takes significant personal responsibility, while being a team player who contributes to good team spirit. You are a natural leader who can engage and bring people along, and you are communicative, clear, and receptive in your leadership.
