This is a role for someone with experience from workshop, welding, or maintenance, who thrives in a responsible and coordinating position close to production. Read more about us here: https://www.kungssmide.se/se What does the role offer? As a production supervisor at Kungssmide, you become an important part of daily production operations. You will work closely with the workshop team and have a central role in planning, coordinating, prioritizing, and ensuring that work meets set goals regarding time and quality. To succeed in the role, you collaborate closely with the site manager, production planner, and finance. Your role is at the heart of operations. Close to the people, the production, and what happens here and now. You will, among other things: Plan and distribute daily work. Both in the workshop and for assembly at customer sites Ensure that jobs are completed on time and with the right quality Support colleagues in daily work Maintain contact between production and planning Contribute to structure, order, and good workflow Initially, personnel responsibility and larger matters concerning budget and sales remain with the site manager. Over time, the role can develop for you if you want to take on more responsibility, but what matters most right now is a confident and present leader in everyday operations. You will work weekdays, Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm, based at our facilities in Väröbacka. Who are you? To be the person we're looking for, we believe you come with a background in welding, workshop, or maintenance. Either you have worked as a team leader, production supervisor, senior technician, or want to take the step into a leadership role. You have good IT skills, can read technical drawings, and understand measurement and tolerance calculations. Furthermore, you speak and write Swedish fluently with knowledge of English. You have a category B driving license, and a forklift or overhead crane license is considered a plus. We believe you are someone who likes to be where things happen and where you see results.
