Your Role As a shift supervisor in production, you are responsible for leading, developing, and monitoring operations within your shift team. You play a central role in ensuring safe, efficient, and well-functioning production while driving improvements in working methods, processes, and organization. This position is a temporary assignment until March 31, 2027. Your Team You lead a shift team and work closely with both employees and other functions within the operation. Together you create a working environment characterized by collaboration, participation, and knowledge sharing. Through present-focused leadership, you inspire the team to reach set goals and contribute to continuous improvements. Your Responsibilities Lead and allocate daily work within the shift team. Ensure that production is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to set goals. Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities. Analyze production results and identify improvement opportunities. Ensure that mining areas and production equipment maintain high safety and operational standards. Drive daily management and improvement work together with employees. Contribute to the development of working methods, organization, and work environment. Your Contribution We are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education and experience in shift supervision, preferably within mining, process, or other production-related activities. Experience with production planning, tonnage management, and working according to Lean principles is a merit. As a person, you are results-oriented, engaging, and development-focused. You have the ability to create engagement, build participation, and lead employees through change. You are thorough, have a strong safety and quality mindset, and communicate well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. A class B driver's license and basic computer skills are requirements.
