Is there anything more important than taking care of our future? We are now looking for an Operations Supervisor for the Collection Group. Your main task is to lead and support our waste collection truck drivers who are responsible for waste collection from our customers in Falu municipality. Together you will ensure that collection runs smoothly every day and contributes to a sustainable society. Does this sound like a job for you? Work as an Operations Supervisor As an Operations Supervisor you will become part of the Collection Group which consists of waste collection truck drivers and the Head of Collection. The role involves responsible and independent work with a focus on leading and supporting the operation in daily work. You are primarily responsible for daily operational matters, which includes continuous operational meetings, scheduling, route planning and follow-up with the drivers. In the role you also participate in meetings with private and business customers, authorities and suppliers, and contribute to projects. You have: •At least upper secondary education •Work experience as an operations supervisor, transport supervisor or similar role •Experience with cost estimates •Good administrative skills and basic knowledge of the Office suite It is advantageous if you have: •Driving license with C-category and valid Professional Competence Certificate (YKB) •Previous experience in recycling operations •Knowledge of BFUS and Fetchplanner Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities in this recruitment.
