As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be an important support to the warehouse manager and play a central role in daily operations. You work closely with the team and contribute to creating efficient workflows, high quality, and a safe work environment. The role involves expanded responsibility for planning, prioritizing, and distributing work, as well as ensuring that routines and procedures are followed. You are a natural point of contact for team members in daily operations and help create good conditions for the business to reach its goals. Main Responsibilities Work operationally in warehouse activities including picking, packing, receiving, and managing goods flow. Plan, prioritize, and distribute daily work within the team. Ensure that routines, procedures, and safety regulations are followed. Monitor warehouse flows and contribute to efficient and high-quality processes. Train and support new team members in their daily work. Contribute to order, structure, and a well-functioning work environment in the warehouse. Participate in continuous improvement work and development of routines and procedures. Requirements and Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience from warehouse, logistics, or similar operations who enjoys working with others to achieve common goals. You are responsible, communicative, and have the ability to prioritize when workload varies. You see what needs to be done, take initiative, and contribute to a positive and solution-oriented work environment. To succeed in this role, we believe you are someone who: Has a structured work approach and good planning skills. Enjoys collaborating and supporting others in daily work. Takes responsibility and drives work forward when needed. Is thorough and has a focus on quality and safety. Communicates clearly and contributes to good collaboration. A forklift certification is a merit. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required.
