Your assignment as work supervisor As a work supervisor, you will work with varying projects related to our base maintenance, with a focus on operations and maintenance work. In your role, you will be responsible for the entire process, from planning and resource allocation to implementation and follow-up of the work we perform. The role of work supervisor does not include direct personnel responsibility; however, you serve an important function for our skilled workers and also act as a coordinating contact for our subcontractors and participate in construction meetings. Furthermore, you support the site manager in daily work with, for example, customer contact, application of regulations, production control, financial follow-up, and documentation for invoicing. The position is full-time and you report to the site manager. The position includes both winter and summer on-call duty. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting. Who are you? Requirements for the role: - Good computer skills and comfortable working with digital tools and systems - B driver's license - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Previous experience within the industry or relevant post-secondary education is a merit.
