That's why we're looking for you to step up and take responsibility for a team in production. You don't need to be a team lead today. Maybe you've worked a few years on the floor and felt: "I could do that." Or maybe you've been a team captain in football, floorball, or another sport and know how to get a group to work together. You might be the person who naturally takes initiative, helps new colleagues, solves problems when things get stuck, and makes sure everyone knows what needs to be done. Then we want to meet you. We're looking for the right person first and foremost – not the right title on your CV. What does the job involve? As a team lead, you'll become an important part of daily production work. You'll be close to the team, create structure, and ensure work flows smoothly. You'll do things like: Assign daily tasks and help the team prioritize Stay close to production and be there when questions or problems come up Make sure work is done safely and with the right quality Help and support colleagues in their daily work Onboard new team members Follow up that production and deliveries are on schedule Be a link between production and other parts of the company Contribute ideas on how we can do things even better So you don't need to know everything on day one. We'll teach you the business and give you the chance to grow into the role. Who do we think you are? You don't need extensive education or years of management experience.
