Warehouse Supervisor for warehouse operations in Märsta Have you previously worked in warehouse operations and enjoy a role where you can take responsibility, lead others, and remain close to daily operations? This could be an exciting opportunity for you! Simplex is now seeking a warehouse supervisor for one of our clients in Märsta. In this role, you will be an important part of daily operations and be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on work in an efficient manner. About the Position As a warehouse supervisor, you will work closely with warehouse staff and ensure that daily tasks are clearly distributed. You will follow up on work, support employees, and ensure that operations maintain a high level in terms of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will have a varied role where you both lead the team and actively participate in operational activities. Responsibilities Lead and distribute daily warehouse work. Ensure that the right tasks are completed at the right time. Support employees and contribute to a positive work environment. Follow up on performance, quality, and efficiency. Ensure that procedures and safety rules are followed. Handle problems and discrepancies that arise in daily operations. Identify opportunities for improvements and more efficient work methods. Maintain contact and collaboration with other parts of the organization. Previous experience from warehouse operations in industries such as manufacturing, building materials, or similar is advantageous. Qualifications Previous experience from warehouse, logistics, or terminal operations. Experience in warehouse supervision, team leadership, or other coordinating roles. Ability to plan and prioritize daily work. Independent and solution-oriented. Responsible with a strong focus on quality and safety. Good Swedish in both spoken and written form.
