Areas of responsibility:
Lead and support team leaders and employees in daily operations
Recruit, coach, and drive staff improvements forward
Ensure compliance and follow established procedures
Monitor key metrics such as sick leave, overtime, and productivity
Handle customer delivery matters
Create structure and clarity in a rapidly growing organization
Address problems directly and drive improvement work proactively
