Would you like to contribute to helping more people reach employment or studies? At the Employment Unit, we work to provide job seekers with knowledge, support, and tools to develop and advance in their studies or on the labor market.
Your tasks
As a supervisor, you are responsible for the Datagrund activity, where participants develop their knowledge in IT and digital tools. Here you combine pedagogical work with planning and developing the activity. You educate and guide job seekers with varying experience of digital tools. Many participants have limited computer skills and may also need support related to the Swedish language. You adapt guidance and support based on the individual's circumstances and help participants develop their knowledge in, among other things, Office programs, apps, and other digital tools.
The role requires you to work methodically, see development opportunities, and contribute to developing the activity based on the target group's needs. Collaboration and cooperation take place close to colleagues and with other actors to create cohesive support for participants. Good conduct, patience, and the ability to create trusting relationships are a natural part of your working style.
Your competence
We are looking for you with experience in training or coaching and the ability to plan, structure, and pedagogically adapt your teaching method. You have good knowledge of digital tools and common software and experience using them in your work. It is a merit if you also have training in conversation methods or speak languages other than Swedish and English. For this position, a category B driver's license is required.
You are motivated by helping people develop and understand that different individuals have different circumstances. With patience and attentiveness, you adapt your working style based on each participant's needs. You collaborate easily and see cooperation with colleagues and external actors as an important prerequisite for providing participants with good support and developing the activity.
We welcome your application!
