Responsibilities
As a supervisor/shift leader, you are responsible for the outgoing shift and lead daily operations together with a colleague. You work closely with production and ensure that the flow functions efficiently by planning, staffing, and following up on work based on current needs. You have overall responsibility for the team where you monitor results and key metrics, ensure that work is carried out according to applicable processes and procedures, and handle personnel matters such as employee meetings and ongoing follow-ups. At the same time, you actively work to develop operations by identifying areas for improvement, driving change initiatives, and contributing to a safe and well-functioning work environment. The role is varied and operational, where you are expected to make decisions on the spot and adapt work based on changing circumstances.
Working hours are Monday–Friday, 12:24 PM–8:30 PM.

• Leading and developing the team while ensuring an efficient daily workflow
• Monitoring results, quality, and KPIs and driving improvement initiatives
• Responsibility for staffing, work environment, and personnel-related matters
Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer and system skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
Meritorious:
• Experience from transport, logistics, or terminal operations
• Forklift certification
