In our stores, guests can find everything needed for a successful vacation. About the Role In this department, you work in a team where you are the closest contact for employees. An important part of your role is to motivate, engage, and provide feedback to your colleagues. In your role, you ensure that the guest's experience with us always meets our goals regarding routines, workflows, efficiency, and service. Key Responsibilities Motivate and lead the work team Deliver excellent service and knowledge to our guests Keep the store well-stocked through inventory replenishment Manage hours and scheduling We Offer... Requirements Comfortable with both English and Swedish B-driver's license Access to a car Merits Experience in a leadership role Experience in service industry Food purchasing Cash register experience Application This is a seasonal position from December to April and the position is covered by the HRF collective agreement. Branäs works with Ljung & Sjöberg to prevent alcohol, drug, and gambling problems and is a certified Proactive workplace for this.
