We operate with online booking where our guests pre-book and then come to us to pick up their pre-adjusted equipment. The ski rental department also includes the logistics division. About the Role In the department, you work in a large team where you are the closest contact for employees. An important part of your role is being able to motivate, engage, and give feedback to your colleagues. In your role, you ensure that the guest's experience with us always meets our goals regarding routines, workflows, efficiency, and service. Requirements Comfortable with both English and Swedish Class B driver's license Meritorious Experience in a leadership role Experience in the service industry Booking system & cash register experience Work in ski rental Access to a car Application This is a seasonal position from December to April and the position falls under HRF's collective agreement. Branäs cooperates with Ljung & Sjöberg to counteract alcohol, drug, and gambling problems and is a certified Proactive workplace against this.
