Your Tasks As a shift leader, you are the natural link between the restaurant manager and staff, which means a large part of your work involves ensuring that employees are happy and that service and bar staff get the help they need. You also ensure that the restaurants are welcoming, organized, and that we maintain a high level of service. Selection of Work Tasks Follow and develop guidelines and work procedures. Conduct employee meetings. Manage schedules and staffing. Handle group bookings. Serving, cash handling and taking orders. As a shift leader you work both day, evening and occasionally night shifts. You are skilled at seeing what needs to be done, delegating and streamlining work for colleagues. You are the one who makes communication between all colleagues work well. Since families with children are our most important target group, you have the ability to specifically see things from the children's perspective and understand their needs. That you are cheerful, social, positive and service-oriented is self-evident to us. Requirements You need to have experience with similar tasks as described above. You should be comfortable with both English and Swedish languages. Merits Experience in a leadership role from previous work. Driver's license and access to a car.
