Company Presentation We are now seeking a Production Supervisor in surface treatment and sheet metal/steel work on behalf of our client. The client operates within the marine industry and offers a varied role in a technically advanced environment with excellent opportunities for development and learning. Duties and Responsibilities In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading and distributing work tasks in surface treatment and sheet metal/steel work on marine vessels. You will coordinate a team consisting of both your own employees and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Work is conducted in close collaboration with colleagues in production and planning, providing a unique insight into various aspects of the operation. The assignment is located in Landskrona, where you will become part of an engaged and collaborative team with a present manager who values competence development and employee engagement. The work offers great variety and you will have the opportunity to work with marine vessels of different types. No two days are the same, creating a dynamic and stimulating work environment. Work Tasks Lead and distribute work tasks in surface treatment and sheet metal/steel work on marine vessels. Coordinate and monitor work for both your own employees and subcontractors. Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Work closely with colleagues in production and planning. Plan, prioritize, and monitor ongoing work within your area of responsibility. You have a technical background. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing. The assignment requires that you undergo and be approved according to applicable security regulations in force.
