About the Company RJ is a family-owned business - A restaurant wholesaler founded in 1989 with over 3,000 products in stock from all corners of the world, both from local producers and global players. About the Position We are looking for a self-driven and organized Warehouse Supervisor for our picking department with experience in warehouse operations. You will play a central role in optimizing our picking process and ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Since we are now transitioning to handheld devices, experience with this is a merit. Main Responsibilities: Lead and oversee order picking for customers, including general grocery, refrigerated, and frozen services. Collaborate with the picking team to minimize errors. Handle incoming goods and perform other warehouse tasks. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker in a leadership position with responsibility for other employees or in a similar role. Driver's license (Category B) is mandatory. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, as all safety regulations are in Swedish. Meticulous, responsible, and with strong planning abilities. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in both refrigerated and frozen environments.
