JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an operations supervisor, you hold a central function in daily maintenance work. You lead and allocate work within the operational team, follow up on results, and manage acute incidents within your area. Your mission is to ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance is conducted efficiently, safely, and with high quality—always within established frameworks and targets.
You are responsible for planning, preparing, and approving work tasks, as well as ensuring that risk assessments, work permits, and procedures are followed. The role also includes participating in projects as a requirements owner, with particular focus on risk management and minimizing impact on existing production.
As a leader with personnel responsibility, you play an important role in supporting and developing your employees. You drive continuous improvement efforts and actively contribute to developing work processes for increased safety, quality, and resource efficiency.
You participate in systematic occupational health and safety work, collaborate closely with colleagues and other stakeholders, and are responsible for scheduling and standby planning. The role also involves carrying out special assignments in dialogue with your manager, both in daily operations and during annual reviews.
This is a permanent position with start date by agreement and placement at Norsborg Water Treatment Plant. The operations supervisor role is on-site, with remote work only in exceptional cases.
QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
• Technical education at least at upper secondary level.
• Good knowledge of maintenance methodology and experience with maintenance work.
• Experience in operations supervision, where you have had responsibility for leading, allocating, and following up on work.
• Coaching and clear leadership style, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Good system and administrative skills, and experience working with maintenance management systems.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Class B driver's license.
