Your Role We are now seeking, on behalf of our client, a driven site manager with ambition to grow into a project manager role in northern Bohuslän and surrounding areas, who wants to help develop the business further. You will lead production, take responsibility for personnel, finances, and schedules, and be the company's face to customers and partners. You report directly to the business area manager and will have great opportunities to influence both working methods and business decisions. In the long term, there are excellent opportunities to take the next step in the organization and assume full project manager responsibility. We are looking for someone with several years of experience leading infrastructure projects and with solid background in earthwork and/or construction work. You are confident in managing project finances, schedules, and resources and thrive in a role where you take significant responsibility. As a person, you are solution-oriented, action-driven, and clear in your communication. You build trust with both employees and customers and are motivated by creating well-functioning teams and profitable projects. A driver's license (category B) is a requirement.
