About the Position
As a work supervisor for machine contracting at Naturvårdsingenjörerna, you will have a key role in a growing operation with high ambitions. You are responsible for our contracting projects from planning to final delivery and work closely with machine operators, customers, and partners. We are in an exciting growth phase where the business continues to develop. Therefore, we are looking for someone who thrives in a changing environment, sees opportunities for development, and wants to influence working methods, processes, and the future direction of the business.
The position involves considerable variety where you combine work supervision, project management, and follow-up with presence in the field. You have overall responsibility for planning, operations, and resource allocation, as well as ensuring that projects are executed with high quality and a good work environment. You have personnel responsibility for a team of six machine operators and are responsible for leading and supporting your employees throughout their employment, from onboarding and development to performance reviews.
You will, among other things:
Responsible for planning and coordinating resources
Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and results
Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, landowners, and other stakeholders
Handle administration and documentation within your area of responsibility
Contribute to the development and continued growth of the business
When necessary, participate in practical work in the field on projects

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have the following qualifications:
Experience in work supervision or project management
Experience from construction and machine contracting, preferably in combination with agriculture
Good IT skills and administrative ability
Good ability to communicate in Swedish in speech and writing
It is a merit if you also:
Are a skilled user of spreadsheet programs and preferably also AutoCAD
Are a Land Surveyor or have education in construction and engineering, for example a vocational training as a construction engineer or contracting engineer
Have an operator's license and experience as a machine operator for excavators and wheel loaders
