Altivo kompetens AB is now recruiting a site supervisor for earthwork/infrastructure on behalf of our client. The position involves work on a major industrial project in Boden. This is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed directly by our client. About the Position As a site supervisor for earthwork/infrastructure, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on daily work on site. You play a central role in ensuring that production is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with applicable requirements, schedules, and drawings. You work closely with project management, site management, work crews, subcontractors, and other functions on the project. The role suits you if you are confident in construction and infrastructure environments, have a good understanding of field production, and can create structure in an environment where many activities happen simultaneously. The assignment is linked to a major industrial project in Boden, where high demands are placed on safety, coordination, documentation, and quality in daily work. Key Responsibilities As a site supervisor, you will, among other things: lead, plan, and coordinate daily work within earthwork and infrastructure allocate work tasks and monitor the work team's progress, quality, and safety ensure that work is performed according to drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and applicable regulations coordinate resources, machinery, material flows, and subcontractors participate in work preparations, risk assessments, and daily production planning follow up on deliveries, deviations, and practical obstacles in production maintain ongoing dialogue with project management, site management, skilled workers, and other project stakeholders contribute to ensuring that routines for work environment, quality, and environmental management are followed on site document work tasks, deviations, and status according to project procedures drive the work forward with a focus on safety, quality, and delivery Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience from earthwork and infrastructure projects who is confident in leading others in production. You have a good understanding of how work at a construction or infrastructure site is planned, executed, and followed up. To be considered for the position, you need to have: experience with earthwork and infrastructure work experience with site supervision, coordination, or production management within earthwork/infrastructure good understanding of drawings, technical documentation, and production planning familiarity with work environment, risk assessments, and safety procedures strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Class B driver's license It is advantageous if you have: experience from major industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects experience working with subcontractors and coordination between multiple disciplines knowledge of AMA Anläggning, quantity regulation, or technical documentation experience with KMA, BAS-U/BAS-P-related work or work preparations experience with digital project tools, documentation systems, or scheduling software Personal Qualities To succeed in the role, you need to be organized, clear, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to prioritize, make decisions in everyday situations, and drive progress even when conditions change. You are communicative and work well with different professional groups, contractors, and project functions. You are confident in following up on requirements, maintaining order in production, and taking action when adjustments are needed. We also believe you have a strong safety mindset, a practical approach, and a willingness to contribute to a well-functioning team on site.
