As a site foreman, you have a key role in the daily work on-site in a project-based position where you work on projects throughout Norrbotten. You are responsible for coordinating daily operations and driving progress where projects are underway, with a focus on safety, quality, and structure. Responsibilities Plan, lead, and allocate daily work within your assigned area and ensure production progress. Monitor the schedule and ensure work is performed correctly and to a high standard. Coordinate skilled workers and subcontractors and maintain close dialogue with the project manager. Actively work on workplace environment and safety in daily operations. Requirements for the position: Experience from ground works, construction, or civil engineering. Driver's license (Class B). Good computer skills and ability to work systematically. Meritorious: Construction technology education or equivalent experience. Ability to communicate in English orally.
