JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an operations manager for land and infrastructure, you will:
• Plan, lead, distribute, and coordinate work for your own staff and our subcontractors.
• Be responsible for projects involving water and sewage rehabilitation, street reconstruction of entire street sections, and infrastructure in development areas for housing and industry.
• Ensure that work is performed in accordance with applicable quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive projects forward.
• Have personnel responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in operations management within land and infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of water and sewage systems, street work, and development projects.
• Ability to plan and organize work efficiently.
• B-class driver's license (required).
• Advantageous: relevant education in construction and infrastructure, as well as experience with contract law.
