We are now recruiting an accomplished and respected site manager for ground works in Stockholm, for one of our most prestigious clients in Stockholm. Marbit AB is one of Stockholm's leading operators in ground works, construction, and infrastructure. We continue to grow and are now seeking a site manager to help meet our clients' needs. Our projects are primarily for city and municipal authorities, private property owners and managers, homeowner associations, housing cooperatives, foundations, and similar organizations. About the Position To lead, plan, and control daily production in construction contracts of varying complexity. The site manager is responsible for ensuring that established frameworks regarding budget, quality, and delivery time are followed. The work includes resource planning, which also involves operational personnel responsibility and participation in recruitment. The work requires that you are well versed in AMA/MER/RA, contract law, and business law, etc., and have good knowledge of: Leadership Technical competence Knowledge of AMA/MER/RA Ground Works Knowledge of contract law Management and quality systems Business systems - Byggsamordnaren BAS U and preferably BAS P Traffic arrangements Estimating software - MAP Health and safety regulations Your Profile You have experience from leadership positions in the construction industry with all the responsibility that entails for personnel, budgets, and finances. You communicate in a trustworthy manner and are a skilled negotiator. You are experienced in leading personnel through a large flow of projects and construction contracts.
