The City Executive Office is the administration of the City Council. We are responsible for directing, monitoring, and developing the city's operations based on the vision and budget decided by the City Council. We are over 390 employees who mainly work with strategic issues that are of great importance to the city's operations. We are facing an exciting change where we are taking over facilities management in-house. Now we are looking for a supervisor who wants to be part of it from the beginning and build up an operation with high quality, good service, and clear working methods. Welcome to us As a supervisor, you will have a central role in the startup and in ongoing operations. Together with the unit manager, you will plan the operation, develop routines and working methods, and lead the daily work for three facilities management staff. You will combine supervision and development with some practical work and become an important part of creating clean, safe, and pleasant work environments. Here you have the opportunity to influence how a new operation should function – from the start and going forward. You will become part of the Internal Services unit, which consists of 11 employees. We are responsible for several internal functions that make the day-to-day activities work for politicians, officials, and City Executive Office employees – including facilities, premises, security, IT and telephony, office services, and administration. What we offer We offer an exciting role with great responsibility and good opportunities to influence the operation's development and working methods together with the unit manager. We also offer an attractive workplace in a central location on Kungsholmen that includes some of the city's most exciting and unique buildings, such as Stockholm City Hall. With us, the climate is positive, warm, and collaboration-oriented. You will work with engaged and experienced colleagues who have a strong drive and focus on the operation's mission. There are good development opportunities in the city, and we offer wellness benefits and other benefits according to the collective agreement.
