SUPERVISOR / FIELD LEADER IN CLEANING – WITH OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY Do you want to take the next step in the cleaning industry and take on greater responsibility – while still working out in the field with your team? We are now looking for a committed, experienced, and self-motivated field supervisor who wants to help develop our operations. You will have an important role in daily operations. You will work actively in the field with our customers alongside other staff, while also being responsible for ensuring that work is planned, distributed, and executed in a professional, efficient, and high-quality manner. ABOUT THE POSITION As a supervisor, you will be the natural link between customers, staff, and management. You will, among other things: Work practically with cleaning at both private and commercial customers Lead and distribute daily work within the team Delegate tasks based on staff experience and competence Ensure that ordered work is completed according to agreement Inspect and approve completed work before assignments are finished Maintain contact with customers on-site and ensure high customer satisfaction Assess work performance, quality, and time requirements Ensure the right materials and equipment are available on-site Onboard and support new employees Report any deviations, customer requests, or areas for improvement to management Be a role model for other staff regarding quality, service, and work ethic You will have access to a company car for work purposes and are expected to be able to move smoothly between different customer assignments. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF We believe you have several years of experience in the cleaning industry and are well-versed in different types of cleaning assignments. Experience with the following is a merit: House cleaning Moving cleaning Commercial cleaning Office cleaning Construction cleaning Window cleaning Deep cleaning However, what matters most is that you have practical experience, quality awareness, and the ability to lead others. As a person, you are: Responsible – you see what needs to be done and take responsibility for getting it done. Organized – you can plan work and maintain order even when the pace is high. Service-oriented – you understand that customer interaction is just as important as the cleaning itself. Thorough – you don't finish work until you are satisfied with the result. Clear communicator – you can communicate with and delegate tasks to colleagues in a respectful and professional manner. Self-motivated – you don't need someone telling you what to do all the time. Unpretentious – you are willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team. AN IMPORTANT ROLE WITH GREAT RESPONSIBILITY This is not a traditional supervisory position where you sit in an office. We are looking for a working supervisor who is out in the field and leads by being part of the team. You will have great responsibility and trust to ensure that our customers receive the quality and service we stand for.
