Operations Manager at Candeo Städservice AB We are the growing cleaning company Candeo Städservice AB. We offer well-established companies and private customers quality and service in facility cleaning. We are looking for an operations manager who wants to help develop our business in Växjö. You will have a central role in planning, leading, and following up on daily operations, while also managing administrative tasks that are important for our structure and quality. Your daily responsibilities: Plan, lead, and follow up on the daily work of cleaning staff. Manage scheduling, absences, and staffing in our booking system. Be the contact person for customers and handle customer inquiries. Ensure that quality and workplace environment routines are followed. Perform certain personnel administration, such as reporting and documentation. Work on upselling to our existing customers. Clean at customer sites if the business requires it. Candeo is looking for someone who: Has previous experience in operations management within facility cleaning Has experience with larger cleaning contracts (public procurement) Is comfortable working with administration and has good computer skills Is independent, organized, and has good communication skills Holds a Category B manual transmission driver's license (required) Speaks and writes Swedish fluently (additional languages are a plus) Desirable qualifications -Experience with floor care, window cleaning, moving/turnover cleaning -Cleaning certification such as PRYL, SRY vocational certificate, or similar What can we offer you?
