Operations Manager - Facility Services

We are looking for a committed and responsible operations manager who wants to lead and develop our facility services operations. In this role, you will be responsible for daily operations management and ensure that our assignments are completed with high quality and in accordance with customer agreements. Key Responsibilities As an operations manager, you will, among other things: Plan and allocate daily work Orient and mentor facility service staff Monitor the quality of completed work Ensure that procedures, workplace safety requirements, and safety regulations are followed Order materials and manage inventory Handle schedules, staffing, and short-term absences Maintain ongoing contact with customers and employees Participate in facility services work when operations require it Report deviations and improvement needs to the responsible manager About You You have experience in facility services You have previous experience in operations management or similar responsibilities You can plan, prioritize, and follow up on work You are thorough, service-oriented, and solution-focused You have good collaboration and communication skills You can express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing You have basic computer skills You hold a Class B driver's license Experience with office cleaning, stairwell cleaning, construction cleaning, floor care, or large-scale cleaning is advantageous. It is also beneficial if you have completed an SRY or PRYL training program.
